NG Chartered Surveyors has secured a number of new tenants for its landlord client in Nottingham’s prestigious professional quarter.

At 17 Regent Street, NG has let the entire second floor and ground floor suite 4 to Purple House Clinic, which provides mental health and neurodiversity services.

Elizabeth Lee at Purple House Clinic said: “The Purple House Clinic provides individualised, easy to access, psychological services at the time people need help the most.

“We provide a range of services including therapy for mental health difficulties, autism assessments, ADHD assessments, sensory assessments and Theraplay. Our teams comprise highly qualified clinicians including Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.

“We are delighted to have opened our doors at 17 Regent Street in Nottingham.”

Meanwhile, Hair Loss Clinic (HLC) has taken suites 2 and 3 on the ground floor at 17 Regent Street. The company offers treatments for the prevention of hair loss and replacement of lost hair.

At 14 Regent Street, NG, working with joint agents FHP Property Consultants, have sourced three tenants on behalf of its landlord client.

NG1 Power Solutions, a solar panel installer that provides electric car charging points and solar battery storage across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, has moved into the building along with tattoo studio, The Good Tattoo.

Meanwhile, an independent law firm has also taken space at 14 Regent Street.

Alicia Lewis, Surveyor at NG, who has brokered the deals, said: “Regent Street is one of Nottingham city centre’s most prestigious addresses, and these deals prove that high quality office space will always be popular with ambitious tenants.

“The changing face of Nottingham’s professional quarter is something NG is at the forefront of and we’re delighted to be able to ensure that a new generation of companies can make Regent their new home.

“We still have two suites left at 14 Regent Street – but they won’t be available long; please do get in touch with me to see how you can make Nottingham’s professional services quarter your home.”

NG Chartered Surveyors have also brought to market 1 East Circus Street, just yards away from Regent Street.

Lewis added: “1 East Circus Street is one of Nottingham’s most characterful office spaces and has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard. Its position next to the ever-popular Browns Brasserie means it is ideally located for meetings.

“There are two suites remaining in this popular office building – please do get in touch to arrange a viewing.”
