Nottingham business park reaches full occupancy

FHP Property Consultants has completed a deal at Interchange 25 Business Park in Nottingham, reaching full occupancy across the site.

The final available ground-floor office suite has been let to White Hills Park Trust.

The White Hills Park Trust is a group of academies in Nottinghamshire that offers education to students.

Earlier this year, FHP secured the first-floor tenants of Unit 5 for Equans.

The business park has remained consistently popular throughout the years we have marketed these office suites and continue our client’s success by attracting strong tenants.

“It was always a risk to split the floor plates on a floor-by-floor basis on Unit 5 with Equans occupying the first floor, however, the level of interest and enquiries during the short marketing period stayed strong to secure us a tenant.
