Derbyshire industrial estate development completed

Devonshire Court, the second phase of the Vernon Street development in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, is now complete.
The industrial estate, consisting of eight units totalling 14,426ft², has seen Howdens, the trade kitchen supplier, take up 6,350ft² across three units.
Another unit has been let to a classic car operator, leaving four units still available.
The units, designed with E, B2, and B8 use classifications, feature 6-metre eaves, concrete floors, electric roller shutters and 3-phase power.
Howdens, established in 1995 and now operating over 800 locations across the UK, serves as the key tenant for the site.
The remaining units, each 150m² (1,615ft²), are now available for £17,500 per annum.
With half of the estate already occupied, the remaining units are ready for immediate use.
Anthony Barrowcliffe and Jamie Gilbertson of FHP, said: “Phase 2 of this speculative development by the Broughton Brothers has been delivered to a high specification in a market starved of stock.
“We are delighted with this deal to the household name of Howdens alongside a letting to an independent classic car business with 50% occupation of this scheme. We are excited to promote the remaining units on this scheme and hope to have this at full occupancy soon.”
