Hot tub manufacturer acquires international counterpart

A Chesterfield-based manufacturer and distributor of hot tubs and wellness products, has acquired the trading operations of an international counterpart.

Superior Wellness has strengthened its presence in the wellness industry by acquiring the trading operations of Portugal-based company Portcril.

With a network of over 500 partners, Superior Wellness is known for brands like Platinum Spas, AquaSolus, HEKLA, and Chill Tubs.

The addition of Portcril helps Superios Welness expand internationally and bringing quality wellness products to a broader market.

All 44 employees at Portcril will keep their roles, with the company continuing to fulfill existing orders.

Past warranties will also be honored and supported through Superior Wellness’s systems.
