Aggregates firm’s acquisition expands UK network

Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates has bought Norwich-based distributor Resins R Us in a multimillion-pound investment deal.

The acquisition adds to Derbyshire Specialist Aggregates’ existing network of eight sites across the UK, including its head office and main production facility in Youlgrave, Derbyshire

Resins R Us will continue to operate as an independent division, with no interruptions to service or deliveries. All customer contacts and purchasing processes will remain unchanged.

Flint Bishop’s corporate and finance team, led by partner Mark Wilcock, provided legal advice on the deal.
