The developer of Fairham Business Park has kicked off 2025 in full swing, with new developments on the horizon.
Developed by Clowes Developments, the park has already attracted businesses such as Vision Express (Essilor Luxottica) and SLS Medical.
The park sits just outside of Nottingham and covers 606 acres and offers 1m sq ft of commercial space, with more than half of it already built.
A new addition is the 100,000 sq ft facility for ABB, which is nearing completion.
James Richards, development director at Fairham Business Park and Clowes Developments, said: “The property sector has undoubtedly seen a downturn in momentum in recent months, but interest in Fairham Business Park continues to go from strength to strength. In total, Hines acquired eight units across three East Midlands sites in a deal worth over £100m.
With this new lease, two of the three Fairham units will now be occupied, with the FHP confirming details about the tenant will be announced soon.
Extensive groundwork has already been completed for phase two of the development.
The next stage will introduce a range of new facilities, including manufacturing and distribution spaces, as well as offices, a hotel, leisure facilities, and retail outlets such as roadside shops and trade counters.
