Logistics firm wraps up 79,000 sq ft for expansion

Wonderpack Eco has taken a 79,000 sq ft sublet at Unit 10, Blenheim Industrial Estate to expand its operations.
The deal was secured by M1 Agency on behalf of Hunts Food Group, who were seeking to mitigate its liability following a relocation.
Wonderpack Eco is a company that offers third-party logistics (3PL) services, specialising in e-commerce fulfilment.
Services include picking, packing, and dispatching products for brands, with a focus on sustainable packaging and practices throughout the supply chain.
Toby Wilson, who concluded the subletting on behalf of the existing tenant said: “Hunts Food Group instructed us to assist in mitigating their liability on the property following a relocation elsewhere within the UK. Through an effective marketing strategy and close liaison with the existing landlord, we were able to quickly identify a new tenant, agree terms for a sublease and release Hunts Food Group from their ongoing lease liabilities.
“Unsurprisingly the unit generated significant levels of early interest and resulted in a relatively quick conclusion of the sub-letting to an existing occupier within the Estate. The attractive logistics fundamentals to Nottingham as a location were a key influence in Wonderpack ECO’s continuing to expand its logistics footprint within the city. Again this shows a lack of similar available stock now in the marketplace but hopefully, as the year progresses there will be more opportunities of similar calibre available in the market.”
