Clowes closes on three more sales at Leicestershire business park
Clowes Developments has completed the sale of three units at Beauchamp Business Park in Kibworth, Leicestershire, with offers in place on five more.
Recent sales include CJB Printing’s purchase of Unit F4 and acquisitions by private investors.
The development is delivered in partnership with IMA Architects, TanRo, Millward Consulting Engineers, Gateley Legal, and Postins Project Services.
Phase One of the project saw 80% of units sold before construction began, leading to the development of additional units, including a terrace of four 2,540 sq ft units (Unit F1-4) and a range of courtyard terrace units between 2,271 and 4,789 sq ft.
