Retailers launch at Stud Brook Business Park

A new Sainsbury’s Local and Starbucks Drive-Thru are now open and operational at Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington.
The retailers completed their fit-out programs and began trading by the end of February, just weeks after the buildings were finished.
Stud Brook Business Park is a development within Derby-based Clowes Developments’ portfolio.
The development offers units ranging from 8,500 to 30,000 sq ft, catering to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as larger national operators.
James Richards, development director at Clowes Developments (UK) said: “Having a Starbucks Drive-Thru and Sainsbury’s Local now open to customers has provided much-needed amenity for the area, having these conveniences available for employees and visitors at the business park is such a benefit.”
Updates for units at the park include Unit 7, a 20,000 sq ft space at the front of the park, which has been completed, with new tenants expected to be announced shortly.
Unit 2, a 22,000 sq ft standalone unit, is now available for lease.
Units 3A (8,800 sq ft) and 6B (22,000 sq ft) are nearing completion and will be ready for occupation in the coming months.
Plot 1, which includes five trade counter units ranging from 3,200 to 4,600 sq ft, has received planning approval.
Construction is set to begin in April, with these units also available on a leasehold basis.
Richard Sutton at NG Chartered Surveyors and Tim Gilbertson at FHP are the joint agents on Stud Brook Business Park.
