Games Workshop set for another record year

Games Workshop, the Nottingham-based fantasy games manufacturer and retailer, has announced this morning (March 5) that it expects it full-year profits to be ahead of forecasts.

The news comes on the back of record first-half results, announced in January. Revenues grew by 14.3% to £269.4m, while operating profit also saw a boost, rising from £83.4m to £98.1m.

In a statement this morning, Games Workshop said: “Trading in January and February has been ahead of expectations, with strong trading across both the core business and licensing. As a result, the group’s profit before tax for the 12 months to 1 June 2025 is estimated to be ahead of expectations.”

Last year, Games Workshop increased its revenues by 12% to £526m with pre-tax profits growing 19% to £203m.
