Accountancy firm buys office near railway station

Accountancy firm Bespoke M&A has bought a new office near the railway station in Burton upon Trent in a deal brokered by Rushton Hickman.
The firm has snapped up 77 Station Street, which has a ground-floor retail area and rear storage space and access, which presents the potential for residential development upstairs.
Matthew Lee, Director of Bespoke M&A, said: “Steph and Taylor were the selling agents of the property and helped ensure a smooth process from start to finish. They were very responsive to viewings and appointments and had some great recommendations of advisors we could use to help us. Overall, they are a great team and the go-to commercial agents to use in the local area.”
Former owner of the property, Wendy Loaring, said: “Many thanks to all who helped in the selling of my property especially Stephanie and Taylor who were very professional and supportive. I have dealt with Rushton Hickman for many years and have found them most efficient both in the selling and letting of said properties.”
Taylor Millington, Rushton Hickman agent, added: “During our initial viewing with Matthew from Bespoke M&A, it was clear that this property was a perfect fit for their needs. The location and positioning are ideal for their business, and we look forward to witnessing their continued success.”
