NG at the coalface with Blenheim deal
Commercial property specialists from NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a multimillion pound investment deal on one of Nottingham’s most popular business locations.
NG has advised a private client on the sale of a 34,000 sq ft unit on Blenheim Industrial Estate to The Coalfields Regeneration Trust, the leading regeneration organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life in Britain’s former mining communities.
The unit is let to two tenants – Trent Aerospace and FPS who have been in occupation since the estate was originally built by Wilson Bowden in 2007.
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust was advised by Birmingham-based investment agents Collingwood Rigby.
