Maid Marian House sells out before completion

Knight Knox – the company behind buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – and developer Fortis Developments have announced the complete sell-out of their Nottingham-based luxury student accommodation development.
All 102 studio apartments of Maid Marian House – the £6.25m conversion development located on Maid Marian Way – have been sold since the scheme’s launch in September 2015.
Michael Fenlon, sales director at Knight Knox, said: “Maid Marian House really raises the bar in boutique student living, so it’s no surprise that it’s sold out so quickly – especially with Nottingham’s ever-growing student market.
“Being so close to the city centre and with all the mod cons today’s students are looking for, the development is one we’re really proud of and that we’re certain will appeal to future tenants.”
The development is being constructed by Beaumont Morgan and will be let and block-managed in its entirety by Fortis Lettings and Management.
Kieran Moore, director of Fortis, said: “All of the apartments in Maid Marian House have been diligently crafted with their future residents in mind. The studios benefit from high-end appliances, quality fixtures and fittings and an overall contemporary design – appealing to Nottingham’s student demographic – and we can’t wait to see the finished result later in the year.”
