On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
RDS Global has hired Kaya Pietrzakas a customer service advisor.
Pietrzakas previously worked within customer service at both The British School of Motoring (BSM) and at Capita IT as a service desk analyst.
She describes herself as a people person, who values social interaction, with an inherent enjoyment in helping people.
RDS Global’ s head of customer service, Diane Hudson, sai: “Employing a candidate of Kaya’s quality has helped bolster the ever expanding customer service team, providing our users will a greater level of care and support.
“Kaya brings a ‘can do’ attitude and an unrivalled approach to customer care and service. We’re very lucky to be able to welcome her to the team.”
Brendan Irvine
Leicesetershire garage and industrial door manufacturer Hörmann has promoted Brendan Irvine to project manager.
In his new position, Irvine will be responsible for all projects across Scotland, Ireland and Northern England.
He said: “I’m really enjoying the variety that my role now brings, it’s opened up a new avenue for me and revitalised my career. Our clients and trade partners are so diverse that no two days are ever the same and I’m supported by a great team. I’m thoroughly looking forward to helping Hörmann grow by establishing firm relationships with trade partners and taking the business in new directions.”
