FHP lands its forever job

FHP has won the contract to manage the 100-acre Infinity Park Enterprise Zone in Derby.
The Park is expected to create 8,000 jobs.
Rob Spencer of FHP said: “FHP will be managing the developments’ infrastructure and communal services on behalf of the developer and occupiers to provide and maintain a high quality environment for business.
“We are delighted to be working on such a landmark development which makes the East Midlands home to another pioneering commercial site that is being compared in significance to the unveiling of Pride Park, now the workplace of over 11,000 employees.”
As part of the development, an £11.8m iHUB will provide access to cutting edge research and technology transfer for those in the aerospace, automotive and rail sectors.
The Park is a joint venture between Derby City Council, the Harpur Crewe Estate, Rolls-Royce – whose world headquarters are next to the site – and developers Wilson Bowden, Peveril Securities and Cedar House.
