Property collective moves into Nottingham office

A group of property specialists has moved into a former surgery in the professional services quarter of Nottingham.

The four-storey 34 Regent Street is now home to separate property businesses, including residential letting agent Kingswood Residential Investment Management which has taken a lease on all of the lower floor, land consultants Inside Land and local property developer Swan Homes, which owns the property.

Adam Kingswood of Kingswood Residential Investment Management said: “We are delighted with the location of our new office, with it being located on such a well regarded street, as well as being positioned just on the edge of all city centre amenities and having ample on street parking outside the building for our clients and visitors.

“Our office door is always open for any local landlords who wish to visit us to chat about the local rental market or ask our advice about any residential letting matter.”
