Revealed: first images of 115-flat Lace Market scheme

Invest in Nottingham, the organisation tasked with promoting inward investment into the city, has released CGI photos of the proposed 115-apartment scheme by Abode Nottingham in the Lace Market.

As TheBusinessDesk.com reported last week, Abode has submitted plans that will see 10 Short Hill and 56 High Pavement be developed into flats designed by local firm Maber. Now the first designs have been published.

The designs are for a five-storey building with 36 car parking spaces and include 42 one-bedroom, 71 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom apartments.

Last month, Nottingham City Council gave the green light to a ten-storey apartment block adjacent to the proposed Trivett Square development.

The scheme, by Monk Estates, will include 85 apartments as well as a gym, retail space, meeting rooms and communal gardens.
