Agent for £33m Birmingham residential scheme announced

Knight Frank has been appointed by property developer HBD as sales agent for SETL, a £33m residential scheme in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Launching early next year, SETL will comprise 102 one and two-bedroom apartments, along with a range of amenities for residents including a roof garden, fitness studio, and a communal lounge with a work-from-home area.

On the ground floor, 2,350 sq ft commercial space will be available, attracting independent restaurants, leisure operators and other businesses.

SETL has been designed by local architect BPN.

Liam Smith, a partner at Knight Frank, said: “SETL is an exciting new development which will redefine modern city living in Birmingham. The development is a stellar example of reinverting an underused commercial site into an exemplary mixed-used scheme. Creative Retail Property Consultants have been appointed to market the commercial units.
