Industrial estate revamp due to complete next month

Work has begun on a comprehensive refurbishment of a trading estate in Leeds.

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has started work at Hunslet Trading Estate on behalf of a retained client.

LCM Limited has been appointed as mains contractor for the project on the multi let industrial estate. The refurbishment works are expected to practically complete in October 2020.

LSH advised the landlord on the extensive project and are also the marketing agents for the estate, alongside Gent Visick.

Scott Morrison, director at LSH in the Industrial and Logistics team, said: “Due to the pent-up demand for refurbished industrial space at present, particularly in the multi let arena, we have advised that our client undertakes a comprehensive refurbishment of this extremely prominent industrial estate, as we look to attract new occupiers to the available units available on the estate.

“The units offer attractive industrial accommodation in a strong industrial location which benefits from extremely well-connected transport links to both Leeds city centre and the motorway network.”
