Topps Tiles firm agrees 140,000 sq ft lease with Prologis

Pro Tiler Tools, part of Topps Group, has signed a 15-year lease for DC2 at Prologis Park Pineham in Northampton, bringing the park to full occupancy.

Following a refurbishment, the 138,192 sq ft distribution centre now boasts an EPC A rating and is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring LED lighting, a fully electric office, EV parking, rainwater harvesting, and a roof ready for solar PV installation.

The building includes 12 dock doors, two level access doors and a clear internal height of 12.5 metres, with plans to fit out the space with racking through the Prologis Essentials platform.
