Estate agent plans for growth after Loughborough move

Newton Fallowell Hartleys is planning to expand its lettings division after relocating to new premises in Loughborough.

The estate agent has moved to a new building at 3 Swan Street after swapping properties with fellow estate agent Countrywide, which has merged its sales and lettings business into 7 Swan Street.

Richard Morris, managing director of Newton Fallowell Hartleys, said: “We have moved two doors down into a newly refurbished office, which is nearer to the town centre.

“The move gives us more usable space over three floors and we’ve already received positive comments from customers about our showcase window displays.

“After joining the Newton Fallowell group two years ago, we see this move as the next stage of our development. Our plan is to grow our lettings business because, up to this point, we have been predominantly sales-based.”

Newton Fallowell Hartleys, which employs 10 people in Loughborough, was advised on its new lease by Lincoln-based Langleys Solicitors.

Sarah Miles, partner in the commercial property team at Langleys, said: “The new office is attractive to customers and provides space to accommodate a growing team. We have advised the Newton Fallowell group on a number of lease arrangements and we look forward to working with them further in the future.”

Newton Fallowell is one of the largest estate agents in the Midlands, with more than 40 residential sales and lettings branches.
