Record-breaking turnover for David Nieper

Ladieswear manufacturer David Nieper has reported a “solid year” in its latest accounts for the year-ending 31 March 2016.
Turnover reached record levels at nearly £15m at the Alfreton-based company, whilst profits came in at £620,102.
The firm recently celebrated its 55th anniversary with a fashion event at Chatsworth House. Other milestones have included opening four European offices, introducing day wear collections alongside its nightwear and lingerie collections, establishing a knitwear division, a catalogue printing press, a purpose built garment cutting factory and more recently the formation of the David Nieper Education Trust.
David Nieper employs nearly 250 people at its factory and shop in Alfreton.
