CPP poaches Waite from Innes England

The East Midlands arm of property consultancy Commercial Property Partners (CPP) has appointed Stuart Waite to join its transactional team as a partner based in the firm’s Nottingham office.

Waite joins from Innes England where he spent two and a half years.

He specialises in the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property on behalf of a variety of private high-net-worth individuals to major plc corporates, funds, property companies and developers, and has particular expertise in the industrial and logistics sectors.

Waite said: “CPP has established a strong reputation for its commercial property expertise since it opened its base here in the East Midlands in 2015, advising on some of the region’s most high profile deals in just a short period of time since its inception. I am delighted to be joining the firm during a very exciting time of growth and expansion”
