Travel accessories firm expands with 20,000 sq ft Nottingham warehouse

Travel accessories firm Design Go has taken a 20,000 sq ft warehouse in Nottingham.

CRT Property Investments, a subsidiary of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust and its asset manager Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) have sealed a deal for a three-year lease to the firm on Unit 6B Blenheim Park.

CRT Property Investments Ltd and Blue Marble were represented by the Nottingham office of Commercial Property Partners (CPP).

Property investment and development director for CRT Property Investments, Shaun O’Brien, said: “We’re extremely pleased to have signed this new lease with Design Go. The unit is a fantastic building in a prime location for the motorway network and for the skilled Nottingham workforce. It is easy to see why they chose it.

“We would like to thank Blue Marble for their great work. As always it has been a pleasure working with the team.”
