Aerospace firm expands in Derby
Daher Aerospace UK has taken additional space on Raynesway Park, within a few minutes drive of its main customer, Rolls-Royce.
FHP Property Consultants brokered the letting the 14,600 sq ft detached warehouse unit.
Tim Richardson of FHP Property Consultants said: “Being within a few minutes drive of their major customer and their own UK headquarters in Sinfin was a main consideration, and the refurbishment by the landlords has provided a high quality space.”
Daher Aerospace is a specialist in industrial integrated logistics, flow line handling equipment, engineering, and industrial packaging with its UK headquarters in Derby. The business is represented in 11 countries with a global revenue of €1.2bn.
