£14m refinancing for construction giant’s manufacturing site
PMM Real Estate Finance (PMM REF) has provided a £14m loan to fund a modular factory on Explore Industrial Park in Nottinghamshire.
The property, located in Worksop, comprises a manufacturing and office facility, extending over 300,000 sq ft, and has been described as the most advanced of its type in Europe.
The property is wholly occupied by construction giant Laing O’Rourke.
