Double promotion at property consultancy

Commercial property consultancy Innes England has announced a pair of key appointments.

Simon Dare has been promoted to director, while Ross Whiting steps up to to associate director at the East Midlands-based firm.

Dare began his career over 30 years ago and is the company’s longest serving staff member. He is a registered valuer and has extensive experience of energy performance work.

Whiting joined Innes England in 2015 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a first-class honours degree in Real Estate. He qualified as a chartered surveyor last year.
