Demolition begins on Grade A office site

Work to demolish a building next to Nottingham railway station that will bring forward a 50,000 sq ft Grade A office scheme has begun.

Bildurn has begun to knock down 11 Station Street almost two-and-a-half years after the scheme received planning permission.

In September 2018, James Keeton, director at agent JLL, said: “No.11 Station Street really will raise the bar in terms of office space delivered in Nottingham to date with a large feature reception, open plan modern floor plates, balcony areas and external ground floor space, all combined with first class on-site staff amenities. Not only this, but occupying one of the best-connected locations in the city.”
