Fit-out firm completes refurb at prime Nottingham office location

Nottingham-based fit-out firm Office Innovations have completed a 27-week project to refurbish 30-34 Hounds Gate in Nottingham.

Working alongside KPP Architects, BNP Paribas Real Estate and London & Scottish Property Investment Management, Office Innovations were the main contractors for the office fit-out, which included refurbishments to the entrance, reception, stairwells and WCs.

Two of the four floors at 30-34 Hounds Gate are occupied by software firm Ensek.
