Textiles firm finds new Derby home

Widezone International has taken Unit G4 Cranmer Road, West Meadows Industrial Estate, Derby in a deal brokered by Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants.

The textiles firm has let the unit, which include a industrial/warehouse space with a two-storey office section at the front and has recently been refurbished.

Severn said: “There is currently great demand for warehouse units in Derby, especially those under 10,000 sq ft. This is the third letting in as many weeks that has completed, and this has been a fantastic result for both the landlord and tenant. In addition to this letting we have recently placed G1 Cranmer Road under offer and will announce further details on completion. Both deals have been agreed at quoting terms which is excellent.”
