Nottingham bar group to open another venue
The people behind the popular, Hockley Arts Club, Das Kino, Walrus Magic Garden and Penny Lane bars in Nottingham are set to open another venue in the city centre.
The Blind Rabbit has applied for a licence and, if successful, will open in the former Belgo building at 9 Weekday Cross.
Belgo closed last July as part of a huge cull of jobs which saw the Casual Dining Group call in administrators. Some 1,900 jobs were lost at the group which owned the Bella Italia, Belgo, Cafe Rouge and Las Iguanas brands.
