Furniture firm takes 32,500 sq ft warehouse

Furniture manufacturer Curve Craft has taken a 32,500 sq ft warehouse at Unit 1 Birch Park in Giltbrook, Nottingham in a deal advised upon by FHP Property Consultants.

Curve Craft is a market-leading supplier of bespoke curved doors and curved accessories.

Paul Murray, managing director of Curve Craft, said: “When we contacted Chris Proctor at FHP Property, he became very proactive in finding a suitable number of premises for us to view and evaluate. Due to outgrowing our current premises, in less than five years, we needed to find somewhere with more longevity and space to expand further, Birch Park offers this in abundance.”

Demand for warehousing within this size range remains strong with buildings going under offer quickly and a number of active requirements in the marketplace from good quality businesses.”
