String of new units delivered for trade park

Padley has announced practical completion of nine new trade counter units on Bishops Trade Park in Lincoln.
Sizes range from 3,000 to 10,070 sq ft and units are already being snapped up.
The first occupier has been announced as Switch Electrical Wholesale, while a further two units are under offer and terms are being finalised for another three buildings.
The new businesses will add to the roster of successful trade counters in phase one such as Toolstation, Screwfix, Kent Blaxill, Easy Bathrooms, Pochin, Sota Living and Connection Flooring.
They will shortly be joined by a new MKM Builders Merchants which is under construction and is coming forward as phase three of Bishops Trade Park.
Mike Shield of Shield Commercial Estates negotiated the letting with Switch Electrical Wholesalers and commented: “Switch were quick to see the benefits of these high quality brand new units.
