Fifty new homes to be built in picturesque Derbyshire village
Work has begun on a 50-home residential development in the “perfectly quaint” village of Etwall, near Derby.
Redrow East Midlands is now on-site after completing the acquisition of 21 acres of land off Jackson’s Lane.
The new homes, collectively known as “The Nook” and part of the developer’s Heritage Collection, will combine a 1930s feel with modern, high-spec interiors.
