Lincolnshire-based housebuilder Allison Homes has ramped up its growth plans with the appointment of a new chief financial officer.

Paul Wallwork, who has worked in the property industry for over 30 years, will operate from the company’s head office in Bourne.

Wallwork received a degree in Accountancy and Finance at Bangor University and subsequently spent 20 years working for a number of PLCs.

He has spent the last 14 years carrying out interim work for a range of property businesses, including housing associations, in both finance and non-finance-based leadership roles.

He said: “Property is a sector I am very familiar with, and I’m looking forward to utilising my experience at Allison Homes. The senior leadership team here are very visible and approachable, and throughout the whole company everyone is very open and easy to work with.

“I’m excited to be working with the Allison Homes team, and to be mentoring my colleagues as much as I can. Since joining the company I’ve been able to hit the ground running, and am keen to continue this success into the future.”

John Anderson, CEO of Allison Group, added: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to Allison Homes. His years of experience and expertise make him a vital member of the team, helping us to strengthen the Allison Homes brand.

“I wish Paul the best of luck, and looking forward to working with him as we execute our growth plans.”
