West Bridgford properties set to return to residential use

5-11 Colwick Road

Nottinghamshire developer Sheppard Developments has bought four three-storey office buildings in West Bridgford and revealed plans to redevelop the 19th century properties back into homes.

The properties at 5-11 Colwick Road were originally built for residential use but have all been converted into office accommodation over the years.

They will now be re-converted and refurbished to modern-day standards.

Sheppard director Charles Trafford told TheBusinessDesk.com the deal was completed on 12 January.

He said: “We have again demonstrated our ability to perform quickly and are keen to secure more residential, commercial and mixed-use sites this year.”

Matthew Gatter from Gatter Capital, Vik Moothia of Landsmiths Solicitors and Simon Rhodes of Gaskell Construction Consultants worked alongside Sheppard Developments to complete the deal.

Innes England’s Scott Osborne and Jamil Hussain from Freeths acted for the vendor.
