UK’s largest photo and video retailer to invest in Nottingham

A photography and filmmaking equipment retailer looks set to move into a prominent retail unit near Nottingham railway station.

Wex Photo Video has revealed plans to open an outlet in the former Superdrug store on Carrington Street in Nottingham city centre.

Wex Photo Video was set up in 1997 and was previously called Wex Photographic and Warehouse Express. The company claims to have helped more than a million photographers and videographers “achieve their goals” and to have the largest range of any UK photo and video retailer, with more than 20,000 products.

Wex currently has 13 stores across the UK.
