New trade counter scheme set for Castle Donington
Clowes Developments is set to launch the trade counter element of its Stud Brook scheme at Castle Donington after agents were appointed to market the units.
NG Chartered Surveyors have been appointed as joint agents with FHP Property Consultants, to find tenants for three trade counter units, ranging from 3,229 sq ft to 4,606 sq ft.
Construction on the units, which will be available for sale or to let, will begin this summer

The news comes after NG was appointed, along with FHP Property Consultants, to market the industrial and distribution phase of the scheme, which will be ready for occupation in Q2 of 2024.
