Cartwright lands raft of high-profile client wins

Cartwright Communications recently started working with artisan Italian food retailer Seggiano

Nottingham-headquartered marketing agency Cartwright Communications has landed several high-profile account wins.

Professional services group Knights has appointed Cartwright to undertake its nationwide PR. Knights has 25 offices across the UK and supports more than 10,000 businesses and private clients, making it operationally one of the largest clients that Cartwright has worked with.

Yvonne Sidwell, marketing director at Knights, said: “We’re growing right across the country, so Cartwright’s credentials as PR experts in the professional services sector will help us to tell the many brilliant stories at Knights. Cartwright has a really good understanding of our business and we’re looking forward to working together.”

Fran Prince, who was recently appointed as a company director at Cartwright Communications, said: “We are achieving paralleled growth across our B2B and B2C channels, thanks in part to our ever-growing team that is garnering staggering results and proving their expertise with existing clients, which is helping us to secure more new business opportunities regularly.”

“A significant amount of legal PR success is down to a proactive approach of being on the pulse of trending news and how this and legislation changes impact people everyday. We have built long established relationships with our existing legal clients, which goes to show the reputation and quality of our coverage achievements in the national, legal and industry-specific press.”

Meanwhile, canned peaches brand Freshcano – co-funded by the European Union – and Domaine Porta Carras, the largest organic vineyard in Greece have both appointed Cartwright to support with PR, digital and influencer marketing of their respective products.

These new clients follow recent additions including London-based artisan Italian food retailer Seggiano, who recruited the agency to promote an extensive range of sustainably sourced kitchen larder essentials via top tier food publications.

Prince added: “Our food and drink client base continues to scale to new heights, and it stands to our fantastic results in the sector that we have been able to help these exciting two continental brands to improve their footprint in the UK, whether in front of wholesalers, through influencers or by dominating shopping roundups.

Eve Gregg, head of marketing at Seggiano, said: “From our first kick-off meeting with Cartwright, the team understood our story and recognised our vision to take the brand forward. The fact that they could also offer a full suite of services set them apart in our search for the right partner and they have already achieved us fantastic national coverage including star titles the Daily Mail, Speciality Food and Olive magazine.”

Adding to its portfolio of clients operating in the healthcare sector, liquid vitamins, nutrition and minerals supplier Nutrivitality ltd and collagen support specialists SKINGLO appointed Cartwright earlier this year to raise awareness of their growing portfolio of wellness-focused product lines.
