Caddick expands to Midlands with new leadership

Caddick Construction Group is broadening its geographical presence by appointing Ray O’Sullivan as its new regional director for the Midlands.

O’Sullivan brings nearly three decades of construction industry experience, having previously worked at organisations such as Sisk Group and Mac Group.

He said: “The diversity of projects in Caddick’s portfolio and its financial stability make it a perfect fit for the Midlands market, and I am very proud to be embarking on this new chapter with Paul and my new colleagues at Caddick.”

O’Sullivan will take on the leadership role for a team in the Midlands which includes several new senior members: Ryan Williams as the commercial manager, Steve Parsons as the regional design manager, Brian Inett as the services manager, Michelle Elleman as the business development manager and Jane Alton as the proposals manager.

Construction Group managing director, Paul Dodsworth said: “We have some incredible talent and skill in our business that will undoubtedly strengthen the Midlands market, and I am very excited to welcome Ray to the team as we carefully expand our business into the Midlands.”
