Nottingham’s TIS acquires smoke control specialist

Nottingham-based TIS, a life safety and security systems integrator has acquired NSP, a provider of smoke control and ventilation systems for high-rise buildings.

TIS and NSP will collaborate to create an integrated fire detection and smoke control system.

The acquisition was supported by Key Capital Partners (KCP).

NSP will join TIS, expanding its presence in the West Midlands, while TIS’ offices in various locations will extend NSP’s reach nationwide.
