Health and safety training provider snaps up unit at Derby industrial park

Salloway Property Consultants has let an industrial unit on behalf of its clients, Ivygrove.

Health and safety training provider, 3B Training has secured approximately 3,250 sq ft of industrial space on Royal Scot Road, Pride Park.

This acquisition contributes to its growing portfolio of training venues throughout the UK, which includes locations such as Blackburn, Doncaster, Leeds, and Manchester, among others

William Speed of Salloway Property Consultants facilitated the leasing process for national training provider 3B Training, completing the deal within 5 weeks from the initial viewing.
