MasterChef winner set to open new venue in Nottingham suburb
A new “food-focused event experience” is set to open in the affluent Nottingham suburb of Lady Bay.
Destination 105 will open this Spring in a renovated church at 105 Trent Boulevard, with a former MasterChef – The Professionals chef at the helm.
Louisa Ellis describes her cooking style as “being led by flavour, seasonal produce and ingredients.
She reached the final three of MasterChef – The Professionals in 2017 and won MasterChef The Professionals Rematch in 2020.
She is the only woman representing the Central region in this year’s Great British Menu.
Other achievements include being named Midlands Chef of the Year 2022, along with judging the prestigious Nestle Toque D’or for three years running.
105 Trent Boulevard has been home to a number of food business over recent years, including Blades Retail Cafe and Junkyard Bar & Kitchen and Holy Calzone.
