Vehicle storage facility expands with second facility in Lincolnshire

A vehicle storage facility company has unveiled expansion plans, and is preparing to open its second site in Lincolnshire, spanning 7,000 sq ft.

Shed 5 Storage opened its first storage facility in Lincolnshire six years ago, and the company has grown ever since. Its second facility will be just outside Lincoln.

This growth also means the addition of new team members as well as collaborating with car specialists and restoration pros in the area to build cross-industry relationships.

CEO Angus Treadgold, said: “We are excited to be able to bring Shed5 to more people. We’ve been looking to expand, so when this opportunity came along we knew it was the right time to open our doors to more car enthusiasts, across the county and further afield. With Shed5’s North Lincolnshire flagship site remaining consistently full, expanding the geographical coverage of the storage specialist was the next logical step.

“It was important to us when considering our expansion that we remained true to our founding values. Rather than watering down the experience and first-class level of service customers have come to expect from us – by adding additional services for example – growing our capacity with a second site will ensure that those service levels can be maintained. Conversations are already taking place with local businesses, and other experts in their field, to form meaningful partnerships. Some nice correlations are forming that will enable us to work with fellow motoring enthusiasts and bring more work to the area.”
