Final 54,000 sq ft of space snapped up at office development

DHU Healthcare CIC and a company with a covenant strength rating of 5A1 have become the latest tenants at FI Real Estate Management’s (FIREM) office development, The Quad in Chesterfield.

Taking a combined 54,000 sq ft, both companies join after a refurbishment by FIREM.

Renovations at The Quad included new mechanical and electrical systems, such as a Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air conditioning system, improved air handling units, and the addition of electric vehicle charging stations.

Adjacent to The Quad, FIREM has also completed a £2.5m refurbishment project at the HQ, another office development in Chesterfield.

Only 5,000 sq ft of office space remains available at the HQ following FIREM’s investment.

The HQ now offers over 100,000 sq ft of open-plan office space with private offices, meeting rooms, and coworking areas.
