Flagship tenant revealed for new flexible office space
Law firm Geldards has been revealed as the first tenant at Cubo’s new One Pride Park offices in Derby.

Geldards, which was based at the offices before Cubo’s sister company Staton Young bought the building earlier this year, will move back into the newly-refurbished space in the early part of the summer.
This latest collaboration with Cubo follows Geldards’ recent relocation in Nottingham to Cubo’s Standard Court facility.

“Having successfully achieved our first move for the Nottingham office, it was time to do the same for our Derby practice.
“Cubo is one of the country’s leading developers of innovative working spaces for progressive businesses. This partnership enables Cubo to continue their impressive record of expansion whilst at the same time delivering a modern facility and professional working practices for Geldards.”
Marc Brough, CEO at Cubo, added: “Cubo and Geldards have a brilliant relationship and following our successful deal in Nottingham we are delighted to accommodate them in our new Pride Park Cubo, with works currently underway ready to welcome them into the building in June.

The refurbishment of Number One Pride Park started in April and is scheduled for completion in late June. The new Cubo offices will feature 18,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over three floors, with 450 desks available. Geldards will return to One Pride Park at this time to become the flagship occupier of the refurbished building.
Geldards has temporarily taken office space at the renowned Museum of Making in the city.
