Chesterfield business park fully let as existing tenant expands

Devonshire Property Group, a division of the Devonshire Group, is celebrating full occupancy at Hartington Business Park in Chesterfield.

Capital Angling, an existing tenant, has expanded its e-commerce operations by leasing an additional 2,465 sq ft.

The fishing tackle and equipment provider has signed a five-year lease for a second unit, increasing its total space at Hartington Business Park to 7,364 sq ft.

The 22,614 sq ft Hartington Business Park includes units ranging from 2,479 sq ft to 4,899 sq ft.

Featuring a steel portal frame and steel profile cladding, the units come with concrete yards, EV charging points, and parking, and boast a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
