Logistics firm snaps up warehouse space to support expansion

Excor Services, a supply chain solutions provider part of Park Logistics Group, has acquired over 26,000 sq ft of warehouse space in Nottingham to support its expanding operations.
The deal, facilitated by agents FHP and Innes England, involved the purchase of a new 26,409 sq ft facility with a large secure yard at the Teal Park scheme.
Teal Park, owned by national investors Northwood Urban Logistics, offers a 20-unit warehouse and trade park totaling 160,000 sq ft.
