All the winners at the last Leadership Awards

Which directors or senior management figures have impressed you over the last 12 months?

We’re on the look out for the best managers and CEOs from companies of all sizes to enter  our annual search for the East Midlands’ best leaders.

Sam Metcalf, editor at TheBusinessDesk.com, said: “Leadership in a company of any size requires effort to ensure the company direction and vision is managed and communicated, often across shifts, sites and even countries.”

Nominations are now open for the the East Midlands Leadership Awards 2025, the sixth edition of our popular annual celebration, which will highlight the people that are role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors. The winners will show the qualities of extraordinary leadership and be able to demonstrate the positive impact this has had.

Sam Metcalf, East Midlands editor at TheBusinessDesk.com, said: “Great leaders change their organisations and they can also change their sectors and regions.

“But what we understand as great leadership has changed. There is now a much greater demand on leaders to be accessible and visible, and there is a much broader range of leadership styles.
