Mattioli Woods NED steps down

Mattioli Woods, the Leicester-based wealth management firm, has announced changes to its board structure this morning (7th April).

Following the announcement of his intention to retire in the company’s interim results in February this year, John Redpath, non-executive director, has stepped down from the board with effect from today after 10 years with the company.

Mattioli Woods said a search for a replacement is underway.

Ian Mattioli, chief executive of Mattioli Woods, said: “John has served on the Board since our admission to the AIM market in November 2005.

“The Board greatly appreciates John’s valuable contribution to the Group’s strong growth over the last decade and wishes him well for the future.”

Redpath is also non-executive chairman of Durham Lane, a sales performance company.
